Counselling

A confidential space to work through addiction, hurts, grief, unhealthy patterns, relationships and the challenges that can affect recovery.

Family interventions

Structured guidance for families who need help addressing harmful behaviour, preparing for a difficult conversation and encouraging responsible next steps.

Assessment & referral

We help clarify the level of support that may be needed and refer to appropriate medical, psychological, detoxification or residential services when necessary.

Alcohol & drug testing

Weekly testing is available on Tuesday evenings from 18:00–18:30, with accountability and clear feedback as part of the recovery process.

Recovery planning

Practical support to identify risks, strengthen boundaries, plan for difficult situations and build routines that protect long-term recovery.
