Teen Life Skills + Parenting Support

Stronger teens.
Stronger families.

A focused six-week journey that helps teenagers build confidence and practical life skills while equipping parents with tools for connection, communication and constructive discipline.

Growing together

You do not have to navigate the teenage years alone.

Digital distraction, emotional outbursts and social pressures can leave families feeling disconnected and overwhelmed. This programme addresses the real challenges behind teen stress, communication breakdowns and unhealthy online habits.

At least one parent attends alongside their teen. While teenagers develop self-awareness and decision-making skills, parents receive practical strategies for building a peaceful, resilient home.
